There’s something incredibly reassuring about having an expert by your side, not just telling you what to do, but actually doing it with you.
At MyBaby Sleepology, our In-Home Sleep Training Program is our most hands-on level of support. Rather than coaching you virtually, one of our experienced sleep consultants comes directly to your home and works alongside your family for 3, 4, or 5 days and nights (for 12 hours or 24 hours), helping your little one build healthy, independent sleep habits.
Whether you're running on months of broken sleep, feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or simply want expert guidance every step of the way, our in-home program allows you to hand the process over to a trusted professional while still learning exactly how to maintain your child's sleep long after we leave.
What Is In-Home Sleep Training?
In-home sleep training is exactly what it sounds like: one of our experienced sleep consultants stays in your home throughout the program, providing around-the-clock support.
Rather than receiving instructions over the phone or through email, you'll have an expert implementing your personalized sleep plan in real time.
Your consultant will:
Create a customized sleep plan based on your baby's age, temperament, and your parenting style.
Guide your daytime schedule, naps, feedings, and bedtime routine.
Implement the sleep plan overnight.
Coach you through each step so you feel confident continuing after the program.
Make adjustments in real time based on your baby's progress.
This isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. Every family is different, and your sleep plan reflects that!
Why Families Choose In-Home Support
Many parents know what they're supposed to do, they just need someone there to help them do it. The biggest advantage of in-home sleep training is that it removes the guesswork.
Instead of wondering:
"Should I go in?"
"Is this normal?"
"Am I doing this right?"
...your consultant is there to guide you through every moment.
For many families, having someone physically present provides a level of confidence and reassurance that virtual support simply can't match.
Who Is In-Home Sleep Training Best For?
Our in-home program is ideal for families who:
First-time parents
Sleep can feel overwhelming when you've never navigated it before. Having an expert in your home allows you to learn by watching and practicing together.
Parents who feel exhausted
If months of broken sleep have left you physically and emotionally drained, sometimes the best gift is having someone else take the lead while you finally get some rest.
Families who've already tried everything
If you've read the books, followed online advice, or tried multiple approaches without success, an in-home consultant can identify what's keeping your child from sleeping well and create a clear plan forward.
Parents with a lower tolerance for crying
For parents who still want to teach independent sleep but would feel more comfortable having an experienced sleep consultant guide the process in real time. Having an expert in your home provides reassurance, helps you navigate difficult moments with confidence, and keeps you from second-guessing yourself.
Babies with complex sleep habits
Frequent night wakings, feeding to sleep, contact naps, rocking, bouncing, co-sleeping, short naps, we help families work through all of these challenges with a personalized approach.
Busy professionals
Many of our clients have demanding careers and appreciate having an experienced consultant implement the process while teaching them exactly how to maintain it afterward.
Families who simply want the highest level of support
Some parents don't want to figure it out alone, and that's okay.
Our in-home program provides a concierge-level experience from start to finish.
Why In-Home Sleep Training Works So Well
One of the biggest benefits is momentum. Rather than starting, stopping, second-guessing yourself, and restarting, families experience several consecutive days of consistent implementation.
That consistency helps establish healthy sleep habits much more quickly.
It also gives parents the opportunity to watch the process unfold, ask questions in real time, and gain confidence before taking over independently.
Think of it as pressing the reset button on sleep, with an expert by your side every step of the way.
We Aren't Done When We Leave Your Home
One of the biggest misconceptions about in-home sleep training is that once the consultant leaves, you're on your own. Not with MyBaby Sleepology!!
After your in-home experience, you'll continue receiving four weeks of personalized follow-up support, including:
Unlimited text support (8 AM–8 PM)
Weekly phone calls
Schedule adjustments
Nap guidance
Help through regressions, travel, illness, and developmental changes
Our goal isn't just to help your child sleep while we're there. Our goal is to teach you how to confidently maintain healthy sleep for months and years to come!
Frequently Asked Questions
Does someone actually stay in our home?
Yes! Your sleep consultant stays in your home for the duration of your selected program so they can provide daytime coaching, overnight implementation, and real-time support.
How long is the program?
We offer 3-, 4-, and 5-night in-home programs depending on your family's needs and goals.
Will I still be involved?
If you want to be, absolutely! While your consultant takes the lead, you'll learn throughout the process so you feel confident continuing once the program ends.
What if my baby cries?
Every sleep plan is customized to your family's comfort level. There isn't one "right" way to teach independent sleep. We work closely with you to choose an approach that aligns with your parenting style while still helping your child build healthy sleep habits. Whether that is giving your baby some space to work it out, or responding to the cry right away.
How quickly will we see results?
Every child is different, but many families notice meaningful improvements within the first few nights because of the consistency and hands-on support.
What ages do you work with?
We work with newborns through young children and tailor each plan based on developmental stage.
Where are you located?
Yes! We currently offer in-home sleep training throughout:
New York
New Jersey
Connecticut
Florida
California
Texas
If you're outside one of these areas, reach out to us! We're continually expanding and may still be able to accommodate your family.
